Code Of Conduct

1. Respect and Dignity

Treat all individuals with respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or background.

2. Integrity

Act honestly and transparently in all organizational activities, representing Ertoba with fairness and accountability.

3. Compliance with Laws

Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as Ertoba’s bylaws and policies.

4. Equal Opportunity

Support an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and exploitation in all its forms.

5. Conflict of Interest

Disclose any real or potential conflicts of interest to the Board of Directors and avoid situations where personal interests could influence organizational decisions.

6. Responsible Use of Resources

Use Ertoba’s financial, physical, and intellectual resources responsibly and only for the benefit of the organization’s mission.

7. Confidentiality

Respect the privacy of members and safeguard confidential information related to the organization and its activities.

8. Accountability

Board members, officers, and volunteers are accountable to the membership and must act in the best interests of the organization at all times.

9. Conduct in Public Spaces

Represent Ertoba with dignity and professionalism in public forums, social media, and during events.

10. Reporting and Enforcement

Violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to the Board of Directors. Appropriate action, including suspension or termination of membership, may be taken.
