Ertoba Receives Official Charitable Registration from New York State Attorney General’s Office

New York City — 09/08/25 — The Georgian International Foundation for Transformation (G.I.F.T.) Inc. (DBA Ertoba), a nonprofit organization committed to empowering Georgian-speaking immigrant communities, has been officially registered with the New York State Attorney General’s Charities Bureau.
The organization has received its charitable registration number, confirming its compliance with New York State requirements for charitable solicitation and public accountability. Founded in 2019 and Incorporated in 08/2025, Ertoba serves Georgian-speaking immigrant communities across New York City and beyond through civic education, cultural programming, community organizing, and spiritual support.
